Welcome to my website

Hi. I'm Nilsy Rapalo. I am a wellness coach who helps clients to discover their "Underlying Automatic Commitments (UAC's)" that are holding them in mental places where changes cannot be done.

UAC's are beliefs that we have consciously or unconsciously about ourselves. They dictate our options, and therefore our actions or the lack of them. The proof that UAC's really exist can be found in our self-sabotage behaviors, procrastination, and negative self-talk, just to mention some of the signs.

A UAC is everything that we create which does not bring any gratification to us or does not help us to function or reach our desired potential. This happens because UAC's are actions or emotions that are part of unhealthy cycles of our mind.

After working on your UAC's you will experience gratifying actions that will help you move forward and create the life that you want. That life will be the product of healthy emotional choices that you have done.
